Success story of Teresa of TX! Teresa is one determined, inspiring and sneaky lady. Do you want to know why she is so sneaky? Well, in November 2005 I designed a Customized BuffMother! program for Teresa. Then a few weeks later found out she had hurt her back so was unable to start her plan. I touched base with her in Jan and she was healthy again and ready to roll. Months went by with no news of here progress. Which in my line of business, no news is usually bad news. Then in March she posted in the Team BuffMother! Rally Room that she had lost 24.5 pounds. I thought, “WOW that is super!”. Then no news for months again, BUT to my surprise in her case no news was good! She had been working her tail off and by the time May rolled around she had lost a total of 47 pounds!! By July that total hit 60 pounds—and guess what she is not done yet I am confident she will never stop and will be BUFF for life! I am so proud of this lady that she decided to find herself again and now she is really enjoying it. As Ali, one of my Team BuffMother leaders says “nothing tastes as good as BUFF feels!” Teresa has proved that!
My Success Story By Teresa WilliamsAfter years of being overweight and starting diet after diet only to wind up quitting them, I became very frustrated. I decided to start surfing the internet looking for a solution to my weight issues. I stumbled across the website of Buffmother.com. I think my positive vibes connected me to the Buffmother website. There appeared this beautiful, buff women who was also a Mom. I am a 46 year old, mother of 3 and I wanted what was right in front of me. So, I began reading the Buffmother website and blogs everyday. Looking at the pictures, reading the yahoo website, and listening to other women on their journeys for success, I emailed Michelle and had her set up a workout program for me. I started my workout for about 1 day only to hurt my back and not finish once again. I still continued reading the blogs each day just to help me be inspired. I decided before I turn 46 (July 5, 2006) I wanted to lose weight and become healthier, happier and sexier. So on Jan 2, 2006 I began my weight loss journey. I have lost 60.3 pounds since that day. I joined the Rally room and became more interested in the weight training than ever before. I knew I needed to lose a lot of fat, so I started running (3-4 times a week) and full body weight workout (2 times a week). Now I am ready to begin “buffing.” I am starting to weight train 4 times a week along with continuing to do cardio 3-4 times each week. I couldn’t have achieved my success this far without the “Buffmother” website, the Rally Room”, my cool Buffmother tank (that I can proudly wear), and most importantly the support of my wonderful husband. It has been such inspiration to read each day the blogs of all the women just like me wanting to become fit, healthier and have a more fulfilling life. A little about Teresa:Where did you grow up?
